That's right folks, as of today (1/8/09), I have been on the Barometer's payroll for two years. Even though I haven't been updating my DA account lately, I am still drawing comics. I'm not happy with my accommodations in my capacity as a cartoonist, but I am proud of my progress over the course of time. I have been thinking of quitting my cartooning job. The short story is that my comics are taking too much time, and my grades have steadily gone downhill ever since I first got the job. I also think that I'm not getting properly compensated for my efforts. However, I also feel obligated because I have a lot of fans, and I don't want to let them down. I guess there will be more news as I make a decision on it. I'm getting a lot of support from my parents in favor of quitting. I'd like to draw for fun once in a while. Maybe I could actually get started on my t-shirt designs I've been thinking of.
